Zusammenfassung: | © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim. Mesoporous silica nanoparticles functionalized with peptides are developed for sequential drug delivery. The RGD peptide is used for vasculature/cell membrane targeting and the TAT peptide for nuclear targeting. Using this delivery strategy, a tumor in a murine xenograft model is successfully regressed |
