Zusammenfassung:	Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (LELC) of the ureter is very rare and only 14 previous cases have been reported. Here, we report a case of LELC of the ureter. A 76-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of gross hematuria. Left ureteral cancer was suspected by the imaging examination, and laparoscopic left total nephroureterectomy was performed. Histopathological examination showed pure type of LELC in the ureter. She is alive without disease recurrence at fifteen months after surgery
