| Zusammenfassung: | A 51-year-old woman was referred to our hospital because of continuing back pain for 2 weeks. Computed tomography revealed a mass 30x40 mm in diameter adjacent to the left adrenal gland. We performed laparoscopic surgery in order to relieve the symptoms and make a diagnosis. Because there was adhesion between the mass and gastric wall, the mass was resected together with the gastric wall. Histopathological findings revealed the cyst with ciliated columunar epithelium and the final diagnosis was retroperitoneal bronchogenic cyst. There was no evidence of malignancy and the back pain disappeared |
