OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of platelet activating factor (PAF) on the beta-catenin between the epithelial cells of intestinal mucosa during endotoxemia in rats, and to explore the mechanism of prospective effect of PAF receptor antagonist on intestinal epithelial barrier integrity
