Ask the doctors. I had angioplasty and have one stent. My cardiologist says that I don't need to take clopidogrel (Plavix) plus aspirin. He says one or the other is okay. I'm taking clopidogrel, but notice that advertising for the medication suggest coupling it with aspirin. What's your opinion?
