We have encountered 6 cases of urachal carcinoma in the past 7 years. They consisted of 4 females and 2 males, with the mean age of 48 years old. Of them, 2 cases were identified as gestational complications. Bladder irritating symptoms and extracystic symptoms other than hematuria were not observed...
