A total of 25 patients with nonbacterial prostatitis and prostatodynia which were resistant to conventional drug therapy underwent 5 minutes course of transrectal ultrasonic therapy in association with application of 1% hydrocortisone acetate cream to the anterior rectal wall for consecutive 8 days....
