Résumé:A technique of parathyroidectomy based on our experience of fifteen cases with primary hyperparathyroidism was described. The success of the surgery would require an ability of the surgeon to be delicate in technic, but recently this operation itself has become less invasive and complicated. It is emphasized that the urologists should chose parathyroidectomy with priority because treatment of primary hyperparathyroidism is quite important for some patients with urinary calculous diseases
