Zusammenfassung: | Forty out-patients suffering from a variety of skin diseases were treated over a period of 7 to 14 days (mean 9.6 days) with twice-daily applications of an extempore combination of sodium fusidate, clobetasone butyrate and ketoconazole creams. The severity of symptoms was assessed before, after 5 days and at the end of treatment and an overall evaluation made of response to therapy. The findings indicated that there was clinical cure or significant improvement in 37 (92.5%) of the patients, with excellent tolerance and no reports of any adverse reactions |
