The high incidence of local recurrence of this disease and the results of the treatments in the previously reported cases were reviewed. From these experiences, extensive radical surgery including total cystectomy, en bloc removal of entire urachus, pelvic lymphadenectomy, and adjuvant chemotherapy and or radiation are recommended for the treatment of urachal carcinoma |
