| Résumé: | Combined prostatectomy and retropubic prostatectomy were performed on 20 patients eighty years old or older with benign prostatic hyperplasia. This modified method of suprapubic-retropubic prostatectomy appears to offer several advantages over other open methods of prostatectomy |
