Zusammenfassung:Hammock nonrefluxing ureteroileal anastomosis was performed on 14 patients who had urinary tract reconstruction using ileal conduit (4), Kock pouch (3), modified Kock pouch with plicated efferent limb (1) and ileal neobladder (6). Radiographic examinations showed ureteral reflux of contrast medium in one patient (7.1%), ureteral stenosis in one patient (7.1%) and no urine leakage. Three patients had pyelonephritis (21.4%) and no one had any upper tract urolithiasis. This technique provides a simple and reliable antireflux mechanism into ileal segments without nonabsorbable material
