Post-Truth Soft Power: Changing Facets of Propaganda, "Kompromat", and Democracy

This article examines Russia's increased use of soft power in recent years. In particular, it examines Russia's exercising of soft power in cyberspace and the way liberal democracies can best respond to this threat.
