Heart failure outcomes and glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists: A systematic review of observational studies

• This review included 7 cohort studies and 3 nested case-control studies. • We found conflicting evidence for the reduction in HF risk and hospitalization. • We found no statistically significant increase in HF risk in GLP-1RA users.
