Predicting risk of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Korean adults aged 40–69 by integrating clinical and genetic factors

• We tested clinical and genetic risk factors for T2DM incidence in Korean adults aged 40–69. • Clinical and integrated models were proposed for estimating T2DM incidence. • Derived models were internally validated and performed well in predicting T2DM.
