Influence of the intervention of exercise on obese type II diabetes mellitus: A meta-analysis

• We identified a set of 13 studies in the meta-analysis. • Exercise reduced levels of hs-CRP, triglyceride, blood pressure, HbA1c and HOMA-IR. • Exercise achieved a pronounced increase of HDL-C than control.
