|a "Der Schwerpunkt dieses Beitrages liegt auf den Predigten Meister Eckharts über die vier heiligen Frauen: Maria, Elisabeth von Thüringen, Maria Magdalena und Martha. Anhand dieser Predigten lassen sich die religiösen Frauenbilder Eckharts besonders gut greifen. Dabei ist zu beobachten, dass Eckhart bei Bezügen auf biblische Figuren und Heilige namentlich oft Frauen nennt, was als spirituell gleichrangige Berufung von Frauen zu deuten ist."
