|a Le remariage des divorcés est devenu un phénomène social de grande ampleur. La pastorale ne peut laisser les couples recomposés à la marge des communautés et de leurs assemblées liturgiques, mais doit leur offrir des chemins de conversion et de progrès dans la vie de foi. Cela exige la mise en place de rites de réintégration dans la pleine communion. Mais quelle dénomination leur attribuer ? Le terme de « bénédiction » ne convient pas, l’expression « célébration de réintégration » lui est préférable. Cependant cela nécessite des adaptations du droit canonique, dont les pratiques en ces domaines (reconnaissance de la nullité d’un mariage) sont mal adaptées.

|a Divorced people who remarry has now become un large social phenomenon. Pastoral care cannot leave remarried couples on the margins of the communities and their liturgical assemblies. We need to offer them a path of conversion and of progress in faith, and, thus, to implement new rites of reintegration into plain communion. How should we label them? The word « blessing » doesn’t fit. « Reintegration Celebration » is preferable. However, to do this, there is a need to adjust Canon Law. In this field, the procedures of Canon Law (nullification of marriage) are not well adapted.
