In erster Linie waren sie rassistisch begründet und die "Volksgemeinschaft" daher exklusiv "arisch" konzipiert, in zweiter Linie galt es, die "schädlichen Elemente" innerhalb der eigenen Reihen zu entfernen. Darunter fielen auch Frauen, die aufgrund ihrer vermeintlich fehlenden Arbeitsmoral ("arbeitsscheu") oder eines "amoralischen" Lebenswandels in den Fokus der Behörden gerieten. Dieses Verhalten wurde als "gemeinschaftsfremd" eingestuft und seine erbliche Veranlagung zu belegen versucht. Einweisungen in Arbeitsanstalten, Gefängnis- und KZ-Haft wie auch Zwangssterilisationen waren die Folgen. Beispiele aus den Gauen Wien und Niederdonau belegen zahlreiche dieser Frauenschicksale und das mit der Verfolgung verbundene behördliche Prozedere. Gerichtsverfahren und die Abwicklung von Entschädigungsanträgen zeigen, dass die Stigmatisierung von Frauen als "asozial" auch nach 1945 anhielt und auf vielen Ebenen nachteilige Folgen für Frauen hatte.  |y nwir  |z 05-12-22
