Zusammenfassung:Congenital arteriovenous malformation (AVM) in the male pelvis is extremely rare. We present a case of this disease with massive bladder bleeding which caused severe hemorrhagic shock. Diagnosis of pelvic AVM was confirmed by computed tomography and angiography.
